Milling
We have a wide range of milling machines (horizontal, vertical and universal) which makes us every work possible. Some of its technical details are:
Stroke length: 900 mm. Rotating capacity: 1 meter. Thickness: 150 mm.
Lathe Works
We also have various facilities of lathe works for turning, facing etc. one of our unique facility is that we can machine a job up to 1200 mm diameter x 100 mm long and 700 mm diameter x3000 mm longwhich is rare and cannot be found easily.
Sharper
Shapers are used commonly for keyways and splines. We have the machine with incredible stroke length of 450 mm. GEAR CUTTING:

Precision and accuracy is an important factor in engineering which is not possible in ordinary machines. It is therefore achieved using grinding process .two types of grinding available in our workshop. Surface grinding 600 mm x 250 mm tolerance +-0.001 mm cylindrical grinding ( external ) dia 115 mm x 550 mm long tolerance +-0.001 mm.
Fabrication Works
All types of fabrication works in MS, SS are undertaken . Some of our main products include electric panels, mixer machines or customized products based on requirement. We are specialized in aluminum ,brass and cast iron.
